# Brickato Integrations

## Framing

Integrations are grounding and continuity of workflow, not a compatibility table. Upload files into the project today. A connector is marked Live only when you can point at a folder, inbox, or budget tree and see that slice in the workspace.

Do not treat Google Drive, Procore, public API access, or OCR as shipped facts.

## Where documents arrive

- **WhatsApp (Planned).** The revision the site manager sent at 21:40 becomes a project document.
- **Email, Gmail and Outlook (Planned).** Forward a tender package and it lands parsed, not as an attachment nobody opens.

## Where documents are stored

- **SharePoint and OneDrive (Planned).** Choose which folders sync, leave the rest alone.
- **Dropbox (Planned).** Same folder your subcontractors already share with you.
- **Other cloud folders (Planned).** Folder sync is ticketed.
- Do not treat Google Drive as shipped.

## Where the project is run

- **Priority ERP (Planned).** Match BOQ items to budget lines and actual cost. Connect-only credentials are not a demo of pull.
- **BIM and CAD sources (Planned).** Revisions arrive with their drawing number and revision intact.

## Build your own

- **API (Planned).** Push documents in, pull findings and citations out. Do not treat API access as shipped.
- **Export (Planned).** Comparison grids to Excel, findings to your own reporting.

## Citations

When a source is connected, every file is cited like any other document, so an answer grounded in that file shows you the file, at that page, with the same drawn box.
